How To Take

Beauty Complex comes in a handy, bioavailable powdered formula that is more easily absorbed by the body than in tablet form. It is best dissolved in 250-300mls of water or your favourite juice and taken once daily after food.  It can be taken at any time of the day, ideally after food. It is recommended Beauty Complex is taken daily for a minimum of 8 to 9 weeks for visible results.
